A trimaran excels in her sailing performance

A trimaran is twice as fast as a comparable mono hull, so she sails greater distances in the time available.  Her stability offers comforts on board such as having coffee cups on the table while sailing. She sails in the lightest of breezes with her large sail area; every gust creates immediate acceleration. Thanks to her limited draught, shallow  water is not a danger but can be enjoyed: with a Trimax trimaran you can withdraw to the prettiest coves and bays where other boats cannot follow.  It is also possible to beach her safely. 
Until recently the downside for a multihull was a cramped interior and a minimum of comfort.

Improvements without any disadvantages? Trimax started with a team of marine architects and passionate sailors. To this think-tank interior designers and 20 years of boat-building experience was added. All possible means were made available to the team in order to develop a new trimaran which would improve the advantages and throw the disadvantages overboard. The first trimaran “Trimax 1050” was birthed out of this concept. There was still room for improvement: Technique and computer technology has not stood still and Trimax has continued to grow and develop in aluminium parts and RTM carbon parts; a completely new ring frame has been designed and the present “Trimax 1080” is now created. She is constructed with even more weight-saving technique, she is stronger and has a more spacious interior.
